Connecting with Massage

 






Connecting With Massage.  That is right.  We do honor each other with our energy good or bad.  Remember we can balance each other in times of stress.  Having someone on your side with no judgement will ALLOW you to relax.   Working out the KNOTS that is my job.  Bring them to me, dare you to test me.  Make that appointment.  Your Body will Thank you.

Per Harvard University, "Muscles tense and beads of sweat appear. This combination of reactions to stress is also known as the "fight-or-flight" response because it evolved as a survival mechanism, enabling people and other mammals to react quickly to life-threatening situations."

It is easy to be negative.  Negativity is a path that we have to resist.  Becoming toxic leads to burnout.  You may ask what do I do?  Start adding joy, love, humor.    Take a yoga class, join a book club or a bible class, or take a walk.  Surround yourself with positive.

Right now I am listening to positive Sunday morning soft gospel music on Alexa.   Find it and let the music move your soul.  As it should.  Just so you know I keep things simple,  No reason to complicate what will be.  Take it day by day.  Spread some joy today.  That's right you can do this even when it is cold, dark and raining outside.
